The lessons are the secret weapon. Line dancing classes take absolute beginners and have them passable by last call, which makes Scandals one of the easiest bars on any strip to walk into alone. The Sunday T-Dance is the other institution: an afternoon-into-evening tradition that draws the crowd that’s been coming for twenty years alongside the crowd that discovered it last month.
