D’Liras packs an improbable amount of craft into one Wilton Drive storefront: handmade croissants good enough to be named Best Croissant in Florida in 2023, more than forty flavors of Mexican paletas, gelato, proper coffee, and wine. It’s a bakery, heladería, and café that refuses to pick a lane — to everyone’s benefit.

The croissant is the headline and the morning queue knows it; the paleta case is the deeper cut, forty-plus flavors of the Mexican ice pop done right, which in South Florida heat amounts to municipal infrastructure.
